1) Use non-raising dough recipe to get the best looking cookie!

2) Remember to coat the cutter with icing sugar/ flour/ cooking spray before cutting. Otherwise the dough may stick to the cutter.

3) 1/5″ Dough thickness makes for excellent cuts.

4) Hand-wash with lukewarm soapy water and a mini brush to remove remnants.
